How to Join

As AoG GB, we are passionate about seeing the Church advance in our nation. Along with supporting and developing our current network of Churches and Ministers, we are committed to growth by welcoming new Churches, recognising the ministry of leaders by granting Ministerial Status, and empowering people to plant campuses and brand new Churches.

Become an AoG Minister

As Assemblies of God in Great Britain, we are committed to developing and releasing the highest calibre of Ministers to serve Jesus in our nation. Jesus is advancing His church but has entrusted it into the hands of His people. We recognise that it is God who calls and anoints, but through our Minister in Training (MiT) programme, we have created an environment that will enhance and assess your gift, character and leadership ability. This three-year programme, which combines teaching at our Leadership Forums, Coaching, Reflective Journaling and more, will provide Trainee Ministers with an incredible grounding to take them forward in their Ministerial journey.

If you would like to gain Ministerial Status with AoG GB, you can apply to join our MiT Programme today. We are currently taking applications for our Cohort 28 (C28) course which begins in May 2025, working towards full Status with AoG GB in May 2028. To be eligible, an initial application must be made through the ‘Apply Now’ link below by the 18th November 2024.

Full course information can be found in our Course Prospectus which is downloadable below.

Please get in touch with the team if you have any questions or require support in any way.
